Lien Tran

Lien is an associate in our Real Estate Disputes team, which is a top-tier practice described as "vastly superior" by Legal 500.  With clients ranging from institutional landlords, real estate funds and well-known high street retailers, Lien advises on a variety of property litigation issues with a particular focus on commercial landlord and tenant disputes.

As well as dealing with an array of investment management matters such as lease renewals, arrears recovery and dilapidations, Lien has extensive experience in bringing possession proceedings against trespassers, including to facilitate redevelopment and with the added complexity of the tenant's insolvency. 

Lien is co-author of the case round-up for Hogan Lovells' Real Estate Quarterly newsletter and contributes regularly to the firm's Keeping It Real Estate blog.
