Tobias Kempter advises national and international clients in particular the automotive and technology sectors in pre-litigation scenarios as well as in disputes before state instance courts.

Tobias is a well-versed litigator with a particular knack for understanding complex and often technical issues. Together with his clients he gets to the bottom of these issues and helps them to develop solutions. Tobias has experience in various fields of litigation, including patent litigation and sports-related litigation. 

Tobias studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich (LMU) and the Charles-University of Prague, Czech Republic, and participated in a Harvard Model-United Nations simulation as a representative of the LMU. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, Tobias gained experience at a big German law firm in the field of anti-trust and competition law. Before joining Hogan Lovells, he worked as a lawyer in a boutique sports law firm, in particular in the fields of corporate and IP law.
