Jessica advises on a variety of strategic and day-to-day contractual arrangements. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating manufacturing, supply, distribution, services, e-commerce, agency, collaboration, licensing and sponsorship agreements.

Jessica also helps clients navigate the legal and regulatory requirements that apply to their products, providing practical, solution-driven advice on rules relating to product composition and labelling, and advertising and marketing activities.
