Pairing vigorous advocacy with a practical client-service approach, Tom has successfully represented clients in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
Tom clerked for the Honorable Thomas L. Ludington, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the Honorable Michael F. Devine, Circuit Court of Fairfax, Virginia. While in law school at George Mason, Tom was an articles editor of the George Mason Law Review.
Tom is also a founding editor of the Journal of Legal Metrics, a peer-reviewed journal devoted to empirical legal studies, which has become a leading source for promising, unconventional works of quantitative legal analysis.
