Heidi Thomas uses her past work experience to add value to our corporate clients' needs. Prior to law school, Heidi worked for a logistics company where she served as the company's compliance manager. Day in and out, she spearheaded the company's corporate legal team and managed its independent contractor compliance issues. By working with a corporate client, she was able to gain an instrumental understanding of how to add value to the company without overcommitting its resources.

Recently, Heidi graduated cum laude from Howard University School of Law, where she served as the Senior Notes and Comments Editor for The Howard Law Journal. While in law school, Heidi continued to expound upon her knowledge of corporate practices. As an Honors Intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and a student attorney in Howard's Investor Justice and Education Clinic, Heidi gained exposure to securities laws, complex financial instruments, and the workings of the SEC and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). These experiences, again, provided her with background knowledge that has proven to be beneficial to our clients.
