As an associate in our Munich Office, Werner Thienemann advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. His practice in particular includes all aspects and implications regarding the establishment and termination of employment relationships and all matters regarding social security.
Werner studied law at the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany, and at the Universidad Pablo de Olavide in Seville, Spain, focusing on European law. After graduating university he was working as an academic researcher and PhD candidate at the Chair for Civil Law, Labor and Social Law (Prof. Dr. Klumpp) and at the Chair for Public Law and European law (Prof. Dr. Wegener). In the function as a guest lecturer he was giving lectures in European law at the University of Antalya, Turkey. During his legal traineeship he worked, inter alia, at a law firm for employment law in Sydney, Australia.
