Bobby Thalman draws on his experience working in different areas of the legal sector to advise clients on complex commercial litigation and investigations. He handles cases across a range of industries, including energy and natural resources and health care.
Before becoming a lawyer, Bobby developed practical litigation skills in different roles across the country. He worked as a legal extern in the Division of Enforcement at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission's Chicago Office, a summer associate in the Denver office of Hogan Lovells, and a judicial intern for Judge Nicholas Garaufis of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. This well-rounded experience helps him see all sides of a matter and deliver strategic legal solutions to complex disputes.
Prior to attending law school, Bobby worked as a litigation paralegal in New York for two years, serving on multiple case teams that were victorious at trial. While in law school, he was awarded the Faculty Award for Excellence in Intensive Trial Advocacy and the Edward E. Barrett Award for Trial Advocacy.
