Thabisa R.W. ("Tabisa") Lane represents clients at the forefront of the world’s fastest growing industries. From leading healthcare providers to media powerhouses to venture capitalists, she advises companies on a wide range of business and corporate matters. Her public and private mergers and acquisitions experience enables her to assist clients in managing risk and capitalizing on commercial opportunities.
In addition to her corporate practice, Tabisa is also committed to pro bono work. She has counseled a wide range of pro bono clients in areas such as employment law, entrepreneurship and nonprofit corporate governance.
While in law school, Tabisa served as a staffer on the Columbia Business Law Review and was a Semi-Finalist in the Frederick Douglass Moot Court Competition. She also received the Parker School Certificate in International and Comparative Law.
