Thabisa (Tabisa) Lane represents clients at the forefront of the world's fastest growing industries. As a member of the firm's Africa Practice Group, Tabisa is a strong advocate of the economic potential of African countries. Tabisa has represented clients in joint ventures, acquisitions, and venture capital transactions involving African targets.
Tabisa has always had an interest in international business transactions. While at Columbia Law School, she received the Parker School Certificate in International and Comparative Law after studying abroad at the Central European University in Budapest, Hungary. She was also a staffer on the Columbia Business Law Review and a Regional Semi-Finalist in the Frederick Douglass Moot Court.
