Tara Hamilton

As an associate in our dispute resolution team in Singapore, Tara focuses in complex corporate insolvency and restructuring. Tara's practice focuses on cross-border disputes and commercial litigation, and she has acted for clients in relation to some of the largest and most complex corporate insolvency proceedings arising in recent years, both in Australia and internationally.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Tara was a lawyer in a leading insolvency and restructuring practice in Sydney, Australia. Tara also previously worked as an associate to a Judge of the Federal Court of Australia.

Representative Experience

Advising a leading oil major in relation to the restructuring of a petrochemical plant operator with a material Singapore presence.

Advising an international bank on its exposure to an integrated hard coking coal mining company operating in Indonesia.
