Tanina Hahn advises national and international clients on a wide range of German corporate law matters and in the context of M&A and venture capital transactions. Her practice further concentrates on corporate restructurings. 

Tanina studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich. During her studies and her training Tanina gathered practical experience at national and international law firms in Munich, Sydney and San Francisco as well as at the German Embassy Australia.
