As a counsel in the Executive Compensation, Employee Benefits and Share Incentives team Tamsin concentrates on global executive and all-employee share plans. She enjoys advising on the design, structure, establishment and operation employee share plans, employee benefit trusts, LTIPs and restricted stock plans, both in the UK and internationally.
Tamsin advises on corporate governance issues in connection with executive compensation and deals with disclosure and annual reporting for UK listed companies.
Tamsin has previously worked in our Corporate Transactional and Equity Capital Markets teams and has a particular interest in employee participation in and after IPOs and mergers.
