Tammy L. Farmer

Washington, D.C.

Tammy L. Farmer

Tammy Farmer was one of the first lawyers at Hogan Lovells to practice in the growing field of discovery. Now, with more than a decade of experience in that field, Tammy describes her approach to discovery as simple, yet effective careful planning on the front end, saves time and money on the back end.

She summarized much of what she's learned into a program called "Introduction to E-Discovery," which she co-wrote and has presented to our incoming associates.

Tammy's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, MDLs, and white-collar investigations. She helps our clients with confidential government investigations and sensitive internal inquiries. She also has worked extensively with pharmaceutical and medical device matters, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Stark Law, off-label marketing, pricing, and reimbursement.
