Myrto Tagara advises on all aspects of EU competition law and has experience across a wide range of sectors such as consumer electronics, information technology, TMT, automotive and health care. Her practice covers abuse of dominance investigations, licensing negotiations, cartels and multi-jurisdictional mergers. She focuses in particular on industries involving complex new technologies, personal data and intellectual property.

Myrto's practice also covers Public Procurement (counselling and litigation) as well as State aid. 

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Myrto worked at the legal department of the Hellenic Telecommunications Organisation dealing with public procurement and at the State aid Task Force Financial Crisis at the European Commission.

Representing an electronics manufacturer making a complaint in relation to SEPs to the European Commission.

Advising a health care service provider in the context of an Article 101 TFEU investigation by the European Commission.

Advising a leading handset manufacturer in their licensing negotiations involving both NEPs and SEPs, in litigation, and before the European Commission.

Advising a leading chemicals manufacturer in a joint-venture transaction involving multiple filings around the world.

Representing Alliance Medical in a public procurement challenge against NHS England for the provision of  PET-CT scanners and related services in the UK.
