As a senior associate in our International Banking & Finance Practice Group, Sven Seibold focuses on advising financial institutions, debt funds, insurance companies, private equity firms as well as corporate borrowers in the area of banking and financial law. He has extensive experience in national and cross-border acquisition finance, real estate finance, corporate finance and debt restructuring transactions. Sven has gathered experience in portfolio financings and a broad range of capital markets matters (promissory note loans (Schuldscheindarlehen), bonds, EMTNs).
Before joining Hogan Lovells, Sven worked for two and half years for a major US law firm in Frankfurt and was seconded to an internationally operating German bank (Documentation and Legal Advice Capital Markets, Euro Loans, Derivatives). Sven studied law at the University of Constance. He completed his legal traineeship in Stuttgart and San Francisco.
