During the past years Sven has advised clients on more than a hundred purchase and lease agreements with a total deal volume of several billion Euros. Sven is one of the most experienced real estate transaction lawyers in Germany. In addition to advising clients on the acquisition and disposal of office and retail properties, Sven advises on nursing home and logistic transactions. He knows exactly what is important in order to make the investment in such special asset classes successful. As one of the authors of the Euroforum training course "real estate law", Sven was responsible for the volume on asset deal transactions.
