Dominika Sulak-Seyfried

Dominika Sulak-Seyfried, attorney-at-law, joined the Hogan Lovells Warsaw office in 2016 and is a member of the Banking and Finance Department.

Dominika Sulak-Seyfried participates in advising Polish and foreign banks, financial institutions and corporations on various aspects of financing, in particular on project finance and property finance transactions. 

Her professional experience also includes participation in advising on commercial real estate transactions, as well as lease transactions with respect to office and warehouse buildings.

Dominika Sulak-Seyfried graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. She is also a graduate of the Center for American Law Studies at Warsaw University, and Postgraduate Studies on Intellectual Property Law at Warsaw University.

Dominika Sulak-Seyfried is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association (bar exam passed in 2013, with honours).

Representative experience

Advising major Polish bank on partial refinancing and financing of the expansion of the warehouse complex near Lódz.

Advising Polish bank on financing concerning development of a hotel in Poznan.

Advising a syndicate of Polish banks on granting EUR 150,000,000 corporate loan facility.

Advising major Polish Bank on financing concerning development of a residential complex.
