Dr. Julia Strasser
Being a member of our renowned Life Sciences Industry Team, Julia advises national as well as international innovative clients in the pharmaceutical, medical devices and biotech industry. She focuses on regulatory and commercial matters. Julia assists in every stage of the product life-cycle, from early and clinical development to the divestment of life sciences products including pricing and reimbursement. In particular, Julia handles questions concerning patient access to pharmaceuticals prior to marketing authorization and regulatory challenges regarding the inclusion of digital technologies into product portfolio and clinical trials. Additionally, she is also specialized in issues relating to business compliance and anti-corruption.
Julia studied law at the University of Passau and at Capital University Law School in Columbus/Ohio. As a fellow at New York University Law School and academic assistant to the Chair of (International) Employment Law, Comparative Employment Law and Civil Law at the University in Munich, she obtained her PhD. During her legal trainee-ship, Julia worked for international and domestic law firms in the area of employment and medical law in Munich and Vienna.
