Samantha Stephenson advises clients on U.S. and international business transactions, with particular experience in buy-side mergers and acquisitions.

Samantha has represented both public and private company clients in domestic and cross-border transactions across a wide array of industries. These transactions range from large M&A transactions to venture capital investments.

While in law school, Samantha consulted on business, accounting, and tax matters for small- to mid-size businesses and represented professional athletes in their contract negotiations with professional sports teams. Before law school, she earned a B.B.A. in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy from Baylor University.
