Stefan Heinelt likes the challenge of thinking entrepreneurially within the limits of permissible options in order to find the most economic and legally sensible solutions for his clients. What he finds most appealing about litigation is the complexity of legal issues and the communicative aspect of his work.
As part of our litigation team, Stefan supports national and international companies both in the run-up to court and in disputes before state courts. This includes in particular advice concerning interim measures and enforcement proceedings. A particular focus of his work are disputes in the supply chain in the automotive sector.
After completing his law degree at the University of Heidelberg, Stefan formed part of the corporate law team of an international commercial law firm. Due to the continuing increase in the importance of legal advice in an international context, Stefan subsequently completed a master's degree at the University of Aberdeen. Because of his strong historical interest, Stefan provided legal advice to the German Resistance Memorial Center as part of his legal trainee ship.
