Sophie Ulrich advises national and international companies on complex M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and venture capital financing as well as on a wide range of core corporate legal matters.
Sophie studied law at the University of Cologne and the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf. During this time, she worked for a Big Four accounting firm and at the German Embassy in Singapore. Sophie additionally added subject expertise in the Private Equity space through her one-year secondment in the Private Equity team in our Frankfurt office.
