Alexander Snowdon advises both public and private companies on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment offerings.

During law school, Alexander served as a research assistant to professor Maureen Brady, concentrating on the intersection of property and constitutional law. In his third year, he also externed at one of the real estate development industry's leading trade associations and advised start-ups on strategic and regulatory matters through the University of Virginia's Entrepreneurial Law Clinic.
