Skyler R. Peacock

Helping clients address complex issues arising from commercial contract and corporate governance disputes is the cornerstone of Skyler Peacock's commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution practice. To accommodate the unique needs of each client, Skyler also assists with securities, campaign finance, white-collar crime, antitrust and competition, and cybersecurity matters.

While in law school, Skyler gained real-world experience in oral and written advocacy by arguing a case before a panel of the Eighth Circuit and preparing a brief that was filed with the D.C. Circuit. Skyler also served as a lead articles editor for the William & Mary Law Review, competed on the national mock trial team, and worked as a teaching assistant for the law school's legal writing program.
