Emily Skinner

Emily has a broad practice advising multinational employers on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law. She provides strategic advice to international businesses on the employment law implications of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and business restructuring, and advises HR teams on issues relating to recruitment, disciplinary and grievance processes, and terminations. Emily also defends complex Employment Tribunal claims including allegations of discrimination, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, and enforcement of post termination covenants. 

Emily's clients span all industry sectors, including insurance, financial services, energy, consumer, life sciences, and technology and telecommunications.
