Jagdeep Singh is an experienced attorney and a former environmental professional. His regulatory and litigation practice spans across key environmental statutes, including the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Recovery Act. Jagdeep has represented clients in front of federal, state, and local agencies, as well as in courts of law. Jagdeep also defends clients in toxic torts cases, where his deep understanding of environmental law and engineering helps clients in achieving their goals.
Prior to going to law school, Jagdeep was a practicing environmental engineer for more than a decade. He is a licensed professional engineer. Jagdeep’s technical background helps him develop a deeper understanding of the clients’ issues, and it gives the clients the cutting edge that frequently makes the difference.
