Simon Theis advises national and international companies, including in the private equity industry, on complex M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations as well as on a wide range of core corporate legal matters, management incentive programs and warranty and indemnity insurances.

Simon studied law at the Goethe University Frankfurt and completed his legal clerkship in Frankfurt am Main. Before joining Hogan Lovells in 2016, he received a Master of Laws from the University of Miami, USA.
