Simon Schwager advises national and international clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology industries. He helps them with all contractual and regulatory aspects related to the development, licensing, distribution, reimbursement and promotion of drugs and medical devices. His main focus is on complex contracts, in particular with regard to development cooperation and partnerships. 

During his legal clerkship, Simon worked for the European Commission's Directorate-General for Competition, the antitrust senate of the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf. He has worked for international leading law firms in the field of antitrust law and M&A.
