John's representation of public companies ranges from assisting with transformative corporate transactions, including IPOs, mergers, and other complex commercial transactions, to providing guidance with respect to securities offerings, federal securities law compliance, and corporate governance matters. John has represented clients from a broad range of industries, with a focus in the life sciences sector.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, John advised clients on securities and general corporate matters as an associate at another law firm.
