Chelsea Shrader relies on her strong background in business and finance to advise clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions.

Chelsea's career began before law school, when she worked as a financial advisor, focusing on private wealth management and financial planning. She also worked as a legal assistant in the corporate group of another international law firm in Washington, D.C. before pursuing her J.D.
