Sherry Duan

Sherry Duan focuses on China-related legal affairs. She advises international companies on all aspects of Chinese laws in various industries with regard to their strategy and business in China. Sherry obtained her Master of Laws degree in the United States and her MBA degree in Germany. She worked for a global law firm in Germany and Shanghai before joining Hogan Lovells.

Her diversified experience not only enables her to well understand business and legal sectors but also endows her adaptability in a cross-continental culture environment. Sherry is duly licensed in the People's Republic of China and, as an attorney-at-law, in the State of New York. Sherry is a native Mandarin speaker and speaks fluent English and basic German.
