Victoria Sheehan-Dare joined the firm in February 2015 as a trainee and qualified in March 2017.
Victoria's practice focuses on advising large developers on construction law matters. Having gained experience in the firm's real estate and real estate finance departments as part of her training, Victoria has also worked on a variety of financing and real estate related matters since qualifying.
Representative experience
Advising developer on appointment of consultants and contractors for the King's Cross Central development, including liaising with funders' lawyers on construction due diligence.
Advising occupiers on construction works based on amended JCT contracts, including the Design and Build template and the Intermediate Building Contract with contractors.
Advising owners and tenants on fit-outs, including assisting in the preparation of construction elements of agreements for lease and development in funding agreements.
Advising a funder on the financing of a student accommodation development comprising of the construction of student accommodation blocks together with associated external work.
