Rachel M. Shapiro

Rachel Shapiro represents corporate and individual clients in a range of civil and criminal litigation matters in both state and federal court.

She focuses her practice on serving clients in the healthcare and financial industries. Rachel has diverse experience defending clients in government investigations, including regarding alleged violations of the False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute. In her civil practice, Rachel also represents organizations in a variety of employment disputes.

Rachel is an avid cyclist, dedicated to raising funds to benefit cancer research through the Pan-Massachusetts Challenge since 2002.
