Mo is an associate in our London Private Equity team. Mo advises clients on a broad range of complex private equity transactions, with a particular focus on GP-led and LP-led secondaries as well as co-investments.

Before joining the Private Equity team, Mo spent six months in the London Investment Funds team working with fund sponsors across a wide range of private fund transactions. He has also completed a six-month secondment in the Hogan Lovells Frankfurt office, working on a range of private equity and M&A infrastructure & energy transactions.

Mo is also passionate about pro bono causes. He has worked with pro bono clients on the Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme and the Afghan Relocations and Assistance Policy programme.

Representative experience

Pantheon as co-lead investor, alongside Temasek, on seeding a €1.4bn European private credit fund, West Street European Middle Market Credit Fund, for Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

A Dutch pension fund on the €1.5bn sale of a portfolio of limited partner interests to a leading global alternative asset manager.

Black Lion on the sale of a minority stake in Matter Real Estate, a residential real estate investment firm, to funds managed by GCM Grosvenor and Madison International Realty.

A multinational bank on the disposal of a portfolio of fund interests to several secondary buyers.

A private equity firm on the acquisition of a portfolio of fund interests and implementation of NAV financing.
