Edward is an experienced litigator in our Litigation Group.

Armed with all the skills required to get results for his clients, he has acted for a diverse range of local and international business clients including high net worth individuals, blue chip companies, multi-nationals and the Hong Kong Government.

He has extensive experience of dispute resolution in practice areas including financial services and regulatory, corporate shareholders’ disputes, investigations, judicial review, environmental and white collar crime and fraud.

Thriving on the challenge of solving problems for his clients, his natural insightfulness combined with his depth of experience enables him to add value while fulfilling client objectives.

Edward has handled high media profile, complex and landmark cases at trial and at the highest levels of appeal in Hong Kong and he has been a lecturer in law on the LL.B course at The University of Hong Kong.

Successfully acting for Hong Kong's largest power company in major court proceedings arising out of alleged breaches of confidentiality.

Successfully representing a media mogul in an investigation by the Independent Commission Against Corruption.

Acting in a major shareholders' dispute involving numerous court proceedings in various jurisdictions.

Advising on a billion dollar fraud claim related to commodities trading in the China region.
