Advising Goldman Sachs in connection with its investment in Nutmeg Savings and Investment Limited, an online investment management service provider.

Advising The Craftory on its incorporation and capitalisation by management and investors (with the aggregate capital commitment of the investors exceeding $270m).

Advising Judges Scientific plc in connection with a bolt-on acquisition of a laboratory technology company.

Advising Hong Kong based investment fund, on the $210m purchase of shares in an Indian and European travel business.

Advising LabCorp in connection with a Europe-wide restructuring following completion of its $1.2bn purchase of the Chiltern Group, a leading diagnostic and drug development business.

Advising Mars Inc. in connection with a multi-jurisdiction, multi-year global restructuring following the completion of its merger with The Wrigley Company.

Advising Oracle in connection with its $1.2bn purchase of Aconex, a leading cloud-based solution for construction management.

Advising U and I Group plc, a FTSE250 property development company, on a 50:50 joint venture to create institutional office space in the UK and Ireland.

Advising Daimler in connection with its joint venture with Hailo, a taxi-hailing app business in the UK, Ireland, and Spain.

Advising NYSE listed Teradata Corporation on the sale of Teradata Marketing Applications to global investment firm, Marlin Equity Partners.

Advising a major Asian e-commerce platform on a $200m e-commerce and logistics joint venture in Indonesia.
