Joanna Sepkowska

Joanna Sepkowska is involved in advising national and international financial institutions in transactions connected with property finance and mezzanine financing and in financing projects relating to different aspects of country's key infrastructures, such as airports, stadiums and railroads. She is also experienced in transactions using unusual financing structures that are often new to the Polish market – revenue bonds issued by municipalities, buy-sell-back transactions using credit facility and leasing of real property.

Joanna joined Hogan Lovells in November 2009 and is a member of the Banking Infrastructure Department. Joanna graduated from the Akademia Leona Kozminskiego and, since 2015, is an advocate and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
