Philip Schuster focuses his practice on international capital markets and corporate transactions. He has extensive experience acting for issuers and underwriters in a broad range of international equity and debt capital markets transactions, including high-yield debt offerings, initial public offerings, capital increases, private placements, global debt programs, and green bond programs.

Philip's capital markets experience has a particular focus on non-U.S. issuers, including many issuers with securities registered in the United States. Philip helps his clients navigate the requirements of U.S. securities laws and regulations.

Philip recently relocated to New York following several years in London. Before joining Hogan Lovells, Philip worked in Frankfurt, Germany as an associate at another international law firm. Before pursuing his law degree, Philip spent a year as a Fulbright Scholar in Göttingen, Germany.
