Michael Schröpfer advises clients on M&A transactions and core corporate matters. He has gained experience in both national and cross border transactions in different sectors such as real estate (hotels and office properties) and life sciences (health care). Michael also focuses on venture capital transactions helping founders, investors and family offices to achieve their entrepreneurial goals.

Michael  received his Ph.D. in law with a thesis on compliance and German stock corporations. Before joining Hogan Lovells, Michael worked, inter alia, in the corporate/M&A practice group of an international U.S. based law firm and for a London based law firm.
