Rachel advises financial institutions launching new products or operations, engaging with regulators and customers and dealing with regulatory issues as they arise.

Recent projects have covered issues relating to sector specific regulation, such as the Consumer Credit Act, the Payment Services Regulation, BCOBS, CONC and MCOB as well as the impact of unfair terms, consumer rights, data protection and AML regimes on the financial services sector.

Having advised a range of businesses in the banking and payments industry, including banks, lenders, retailers and payment innovators, she can bring commercial knowledge and experience to projects.   

Rachel's work is often cross-border and she is adept at co-ordinating and delivering advice from multiple jurisdictions.
