Qualified in both the People's Republic of China and the New York State, Sarah Zhang focuses her practice at Hogan Lovells on foreign direct investment (including green-field investment and cross-border acquisitions), regulatory and compliance and the employment law. She has extensive experience in advising multinationals in industries as diverse as health care, telecommunication, oil and gas, education, etc. on how to best structure their proposed investments and operations in China, to deal expeditiously and successfully with Chinese regulatory agencies and to implement and adapt their global employment policies in China.
