Sarah Taieb

Since joining Hogan Lovells Sarah Taieb has advised a wide array of clients, giving her international exposure and experience. Sarah advises clients on complying with relevant laws and regulations while developing their most challenging projects. Sarah has proactively managed pan-European and international data protection projects. She has also assisted clients with recuperation of domain names worldwide under extensions like .COM, .NET, .FR to more exotic ones like .AC (Ascension Island) or .IM (Isle of Man).

As the Young Privacy Pro Leader for the Paris area with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), she regularly organizes social events at the Paris offices to ensure the Paris data protection community gathers regularly to share their views on  newly raised legal issues. Sarah contributes actively to several regular publications, including the monthly Anchovy News publication on domain names, the HL Data Protection Blog and HL Global Media and Communications Watch. Sarah studied law both in France and in the U.S. (Richmond, Virginia). This dual background is an advantage when it comes to understand its clients' culture as most of her clients are US-based companies. Sarah is part of the Paris Diversity committee.
