Sarah C. Wang

Sarah Wang works with the Investigations and Fraud Practice at Hogan Lovells, where she focuses on cybersecurity and data protection, anti-bribery and corruption, financial fraud, and government procurement fraud.

She conducts internal investigations; counsels clients on compliance and corporate governance matters; and defends complex civil litigation. She has conducted numerous internal investigations on behalf of clients and as special counsel to boards of directors and their committees. She has also counseled companies on the adoption and operation of their compliance programs.

After law school, Sarah served as a senior associate in the Investigations, White Collar and Fraud practice at Hogan Lovells. She then worked as a trial lawyer in the compliance division of the Consumer Product Safety Commission, seeking settlements and bringing civil actions against companies for violations of product safety rules and regulations.
