As an Associate in our International Arbitration, Engineering and Construction group, Sarah Baddeley focuses her practice on commercial arbitration. She has experience in contract disputes, shareholder disputes and corporate human rights in industries including oil and gas, pharmaceuticals and alcoholic beverages.
Sarah has experience of arbitrations under the LCIA Rules and ICC Rules and has advised clients from a range of jurisdictions. In 2014, she spent six months on secondment to a major pharmaceutical company.
In addition to her core arbitration work, Sarah also has an active pro bono practice and has advised and represented two of the leading human trafficking charities
