Acting for an English bank in a collective action before the court of Amsterdam on the alleged manipulation of interest benchmarks.

Acting for a client in the energy sector in relation to damages claims following the European Commission's cartel investigations in the Gas Insulated Switchgear markets.

Defending a client in the air cargo sector in several actions for damages brought before the Dutch Courts further to a cartel decision taken by the European Commission.

Acting for a Dutch holding company in relation to a dispute on the payment of part of the purchase price under a SPA, including interim injunction proceedings to lift attachments.

Acting for a French bank in interim injunctions proceedings on the discovery of documents.
