Samantha Michele Kantor
Samantha Kantor assists clients in all stages of a wide variety of litigation, starting with fact assessment all the way through to the completion of trial. She regularly helps clients in complex commercial disputes and internal investigations.
Samantha recently completed a clerkship with the Honorable Lawrence J. O'Neill in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. Prior to her clerkship, Samantha practiced at a top boutique litigation firm in New York, where she worked on cases ranging from white collar defense and insurance fraud to international antitrust investigations and cultural patrimony disputes.
While in law school, Samantha was a senior editor of the University of Pennsylvania's Journal of International Law.
Represented national manufacturer in class action suit alleging labor law and wage and hour violations.
Counseled international bank employee regarding SEC investigation of synthetic collateralized debt obligations.*
