As a young Banking associate, Sally has been developing her practice to cover all ranges of transactional and advisory work in relation to the Banking sector in Hong Kong. Sally has extensive experience in banking and finance and has experiences in a wide range of financing transactions including acquisition finance, real estate finance and structured finance.
Sally's fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin allows her to advise clients on transactions involving onshore and offshore lending and security issues. She has acted for banks and other financial institutions as lenders and private company as borrower in structured cross-border financing for PRC projects.
