As a member of our Litigation group, Sydney Rupe thrives working with high-stakes, complex matters. She delivers tangible, winning solutions for her clients and keeps big-picture goals in mind.

Sydney is a creative problem solver and trusted advisor. From navigating commercial transactions and employment litigation matters to handling disputes in the energy and natural resources sector, Sydney combines technical excellence with intentional interpersonal skills to deliver favorable outcomes.

Sydney has a passion for justice. She continues to leverage her resources and valuable skill set to be an advocate of positive change. In law school, Sydney supported youth that had been in contact with the justice system through Vanderbilt's Youth Opportunity Clinic. She continues to pursue criminal justice reform in her pro bono work with the firm, focusing in particular on racial justice and prison policy. In addition, she also served on the board of the Women Law Students' Association and worked as an articles editor for the Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law at Vanderbilt.
