Rowena's practice focuses on bringing and defending claims for defective or disrupted construction and engineering works with an emphasis on domestic and international transportation and energy projects.Rowena represents contractor and employer clients in a range of dispute resolution forums including mediation, adjudication, international arbitration and court proceedings. Rowena also assists clients with issues arising from public procurement.
She has particular experience in the growing body of procurement challenges being heard by the Technology and Construction Court in London, where she has assisted clients to commence challenges and obtain early disclosure of tender evaluation documents.
