Hannah Roskey supports clients involved in complex regulatory and litigation matters under a variety of environmental and energy laws.

Hannah’s practice focuses on environmental enforcement defense of corporations, utilities, and individuals. She advises clients in responding to environmental incidents, federal and state litigation, administrative actions and appeals, and crisis management. Most recently, she has had significant involvement in regulatory and compliance matters related to ethylene oxide.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Hannah practiced law for seven years with a large international law firm in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. In that role, she was involved in all aspects of energy litigation, regulation, and compliance. She often appeared before Canadian courts and administrative agencies on complex and contested matters.

Represents companies in the automotive parts industry in responding to enforcement matters initiated under the Clean Air Act.

Represents a large manufacturing conglomerate in responding to a Department of Justice investigation and by providing advice on adherence to air, water, waste, and toxic substances laws.

Represents a lead acid battery recycler on local, state, and federal air and waste compliance matters and in responding to environmental enforcement actions and investigations.
