She has played a significant role in the reorganization of many large U.S. and international companies. Robin is a trusted advisor to CEOs and general counsel, boards, trustees, and liquidators in Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 cases.

One of the relatively few women in a leadership role in the U.S. Business Restructuring field, for 10 years Robin headed the firm's U.S. Business Restructuring and Insolvency practice, part of a large, highly ranked global insolvency and restructuring team covering Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East.

Representative experience

Representing a Korean shipbuilder on the official committee of unsecured creditors in the Chapter 11 proceedings of multinational oil and gas drilling provider Seadrill, Ltd.

Representing the trustee for US$20bn of bonds issued by various Puerto Rican public corporations in in- and out-of-court restructurings of debt.

Represented the indenture trustee for US$1bn of bonds issued by Vitro SA in U.S. and Mexican insolvency proceedings.

Represented Bermuda Liquidators for Inverness Distribution in the cross-border restructuring and sale of an international film library through Chapter 15 and Chapter 11.
