Advised Mitsubishi Heavy Industries on its global joint venture in metals machinery technology (with Siemens AG).

Advised Advent International in relation to the disposal of Oxea (one of the largest global manufacturers of Oxo chemicals) to Oman Oil Company.

Advised Parthenon Capital LLC in relation to its sale of Med-Tel UK Limited.

Advised Inchcape plc in relation to historic business disposals in South America

Advised Russia's Bank Otkritie in relation to acquisitions

Advised Reply SpA on several acquisitions, as it builds a UK presence.

Advised Judges Scientific plc on several acquisitions and placings.

Advised the family trust majority shareholder of Greenpark Capital Limited (specialising in private equity secondaries) on its sale to StepStone Group LP.

Advised various family offices on a number of domestic and international investments in a number of technology, property, retail and manufacturing companies.

Advised several creditors of the Lehman Brothers Group on their relationship with the group, recovering in excess of $300m to date.
